Q. How many times can I refill my order?

A. Your doctor is the one that determines how many times you are allowed to refill your prescription. We can refill your order as many times as it is indicated on your prescription. Once you have received your maximum number of refills, you must request your doctor to give you a new prescription to be resent to us for processing.

Q. I have my prescriptions covered under an insurance plan. Can I purchase my medications from you under this plan?

A. Although we cannot accept insurance company payments, we provide proper receipts for you to claim your purchase back as expenses. Please check with your insurance company to verify if they accept Canadian Pharmacy receipts under their plan.
