Due to the COVID-19 developments, we would like to inform you about how Canadian Prescription Drugstore is handling the situation, and answer some of the concerns you may have regarding the supply of your medications.

At this time our staff
is working from home and continuing to process orders, but it may take a bit
longer than usual for billing, responding to inquiries and shipping your order.
Also, due to reduced staff at international distribution, transportation and
postal centers, we would like to advise you to expect up to a two-week delay in
receiving your medications. So, expect delivery in approx. 6 weeks from the
date of order.
We strongly suggest that you check how much medication you have on hand now and place another refill order as soon as possible to allow for the extra time it may take to receive your next order. You may place a refill order as soon as 6 weeks from the date your previous order shipped out. You can check the previous order’s shipped date by logging into your online account and clicking the details of your last order, or by viewing the shipping confirmation email sent to you.
Regarding our Expedited Service, we are suspending our 15 business day delivery guarantee until further notice. Unfortunately, due to the current uncertainty of International shipping, we can not guarantee delivery within a certain time frame. We will still offer the Expedited service, for $39.95 which offers the extra service of prioritizing the processing of the order, as well as shipping by Priority Mail with a tracking number when available.
Please also note that our 30-day delivery guarantee has been temporarily suspended. Your shipment is still guaranteed to be delivered, but due to some countries being completely shut down, potential postal and customs issues, if your order was not delivered for some reason, we cannot guarantee that we may be able to re-ship the same medication as ordered at this time. If your order has been shipped but not delivered within 30 days after it was mailed, please contact us and we may be able to supply the medicines from a different supplier at various pricing. You would have to place a new order for the medicines to be shipped from a supplier pharmacy that is currently able to ship.
Price Matching: We are not currently matching prices from other websites. Many items are not available to ship from certain countries at this time, so we are not able to be certain that prices on competing websites are accurate and up to date. We will reinstate our price match guarantee once shipping returns to normal.
Some have asked if it is safe to order your medicines online and shipped from International locations. Yes, we do believe that it is safe. The medicines are packaged in a secure environment, and then it travels many days in the postal system. Studies suggest that Covid-19 virus can not survive on the surface of packages for the length of time it can take to reach you. As an added precaution, once received you can clean the surface of the package with an approved disinfectant.
