Calquence (Acalabrutinib) is a chemotherapy medication prescribed to adult patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) which was previously treated. It is also indicated to treat patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL).
