RETURNING CUSTOMER - REFILL ORDER ONLINE

At the top of our homepage, click on My Account. Or go to the login page: www.CanadianPrescriptionDrugstore.com/myaccount.asp

Enter your email address and password.

Once logged in to your account, you will see a list of your past orders. Choose the order you wish to refill and click “reorder”. Your shopping cart will open with the item listed. Proceed to checkout. Verify your address and make changes if necessary. You can bypass the health info section when refilling. Proceed to Ship and Payment sections, then complete your order by pressing check out. If the prescription you have already sent in is still valid, we have it on file and will use it for your current refill. If you have a new Rx, please send it to us by email or fax.

RETURNING CUSTOMER - ADD NEW PRESCRIPTION ONLINE

If you are a returning customer and have a new medication to order, log in to your account. Search for the item you require and follow the check out process. Once complete, send in your new Rx by email or fax.

To request a refill send an email to our customer service department at [email protected]. Please give us the previous order number and inform if you have any changes. We will process the refill request and send you an email confirmation of your order for your review and approval.

Call our customer service department toll-free at 1-888-572-0832 to request a refill. Please give us the previous order number and inform us of any changes if any. We will process the refill request and send you an email confirmation of your order for your review and approval. If you get our voicemail, please leave a message with your refill details and we will process the order within 2 business days.
