Do not take Zelboraf if you are pregnant, as it may harm the fetus. Use effective birth control and inform your doctor immediately if you become pregnant during treatment.
It is unclear whether this medication passes into breast milk or could harm a nursing infant, so breastfeeding is not recommended while using Zelboraf.
