We are pleased to announce that as of September 11, 2025, we are now shipping product from Canada, India, Turkey, UK and Australia without additional tariffs. New Zealand product should follow shortly. The only exception will be that we have a temporary extra shipping fee of $10 for India products. India post is still not shipping to the USA, and for now we must use an alternative postal system that is more expensive.
U.S. import rules changes:
Effective the 29th of August 2025, all commercial parcels arriving in the U.S. will require applicable tariffs to be paid before shipping. We are working diligently with our international dispensing partners to implement the necessary changes. However, this may result in modifications to our order processing and shipping procedures. Please review the following details to fully understand how your orders will be affected.
Pricing:
Prices may increase because of the additional tariffs,
shipping and handling costs associated with the new U.S. regulations. You will
be contacted to approve any price changes before we charge your order. Our
price matching policy is now suspended.
Delivery:
We have resumed shipping from Canada, Australia and UK on September 8, 2025, and later for others depending on their postal systems readiness to comply with the new U.S. regulations. Please allow for at least 4 to 6 weeks delivery time when placing your order.
Guarantees:
Our delivery and reshipment guarantees are temporarily suspended
for all orders received from August 17, 2025, due to the uncertainty of how the
U.S. will be processing incoming medication shipments under the new rules.
Payments:
We will not charge your account for any orders until we are
certain of when we will be able to ship the order.
Customer Service:
We are back to our usual prompt customer service, but response times may be a bit longer than usual due to the added volume of inquiries and procedures required. We encourage you to use our online tools whenever possible to re-order your meds, check your shipment tracking, etc.
